How we work
The roof plan comes before the number.
We focus on the information an owner needs before approving commercial roof work: what is leaking, what is wet, how the roof drains, what access allows, and where code, tenants, weather, or warranties affect the sequence.
The final scope should be clear enough for ownership, property management, operations, and accounting to understand without decoding contractor shorthand. Portland roofs also need wet-weather sequencing, tenant communication, rooftop-equipment coordination, and closeout records that survive the next handoff.
Our most valuable work happens before crews mobilize: separating emergency control from permanent repair, comparing recover and replacement paths, documenting moisture risk, and building a roof file that supports capital planning.
